What is your scenario?

Someone fills out a purchase request via a form.

This triggers an approval request (task).

So your scenarios is. Google form is completed, assign task with comments.

Okay. we can use a log to history function

It will show if there any information not being capture in the form required for the flow

Drag and drop into our flow from the design canvas.

Under recent runs

Click on menu next to zenphi logo

You can then drill down on each step.
