What is the best practice in obtaining approvals from g workspace users (within the flows)?
What about by email then?
In the attached when a document is added to a google drive the flow assigns an approval tasks…

Someone fills out a purchase request via a form.
This triggers an approval request (task).

Okay. we can use a log to history function
It will show if there any information not being capture in the form required for the flow
